The regular Teachers’ tnstiltife for this county will convene at lienasc* laer, Monday, September 29th and close with examination October 4th, 1873. As the subject of grading the district schools will' come up for consideration and many important features of the new law need explaining it is hoped there will bo a full attendance of all interested in the success of the public schools.
