Application for Licence.
The citizens of Marion townshiD, in the county, of Jasper, and Stato or Indiana, and the ptililic generally, will take notice that Leopold T’nteur, wiio is a While male inhabitant of said county and State -aforesaid, and .over the age of twenty-one years, and who is a man of good character, and fit to be trusted with a license to retail intoxicating liquors, will present a petition and application to the Hoard of CoimnissionerKof Jasper eountyfirr saM State of Juxliana, at their next regular term or session to be held at the Auditor’s oflice in the court house in the town of -Rensselaer, Jasper county, Indiana, beginning on the first Monday of March, a. i». , 1873, the same being the 3d day of Marclv A - V-, 1873, praying for a license to sell intoxicating liquors in a less quantity than a quart at n .time; with the priy* ilege of permitting the same to be drank upon the premises hereinafter described, in .pursuance to the statute in such case made and provided. The precise location of the premises on and in which the said Leopold Tuteur win pray for license to sell intoxicating liquors in the manner-above named is described as follows, to-wit: The one story frame building situated upon the following described tract of land in the town of Rensselaer, Jasper county, and State of Indiana, to-wit: Commencing at the westerly line of Front street, in said town, one hundred (100) feet northerly from the point of junction with the northerly line of Washington street, thence Westerly parall’el with Wasuington street tfair-ty-three (33) feet, thence northerly parallel with Front street twenty-one [?ry feet, thence easterly parallel with Washington street thirty-three (33) feet to the westerly lineof Front street, thence southerly aToiVg the westerly line es Front street twenty-one (21) feet to the place of beginning.
