The Times calls the Kentucky election a “signal triumph for the Democracy.” We think so, too. When a party can “triumph" over itself, it may he said to be in a fair way of reformation; and inasmuch a* another sdeh “signal triumph” will give Kentucky to the Republicans, Woßre **° 4 -without hope for the Democratic party.— Chicago Republican.
