BY virtue of a decree of foreclosure to mo directed, from tho Clerk of the Jasper Circuit court, 1 will expose at public salo, to the highest bidder, on Tuesday, (ho 25th day of July, A. And on failure to realize the full amount of judgment, interest and costs, I will at the same time and place expose at public sale the fee simple of said real estate.
