Basket Meeting.

Stone Fakm, May 29, 1871. Gent. James & Healey: On next Sabbath, June 4tli, a Basket Meeting will be held at Alters’ Grove, five miles north-west of Remington and one mile north of the railroad. This meeting is one of the regular 6cmi-annual meetings which Itcv. John Alter has kept up on tho first Sabbaths of June and September ever since he came to Jasper county, twenty-seveii years ago. A gcueral invitation is extended to the public. There wdl be an official meeting of the church on the proceeding afternoon.
