A CIRCULAR.
T» tl»e Fwrmera •K uiul Adjoining tountlei. Gentlemen: ! In the sale of Agricultural Implements and Farm Machinwy it has ever been my constant aim and effort to get the best and to aicll mono other. To that end I have carefully read and compared the reports of field tiials, and watched the developments of inventive genius and'meebanieal skill in the production of superior machines. This is an age of improvement and he who would avail himself of the advantages resulting therefrom must be fully posted, or use second-class articles.
* “The best is the cheapest;” this is jta true as it is old and is fully verified in the purchase of a Mower and Reaper. With this maxim in mind, I have, after some effort, secured the control of the far famed and justly celebrated Clipper Mower and Reaper for Jasper and adjoining counties. Farmers, I do not design m this to give you a description of this wonderful piece of mechanism. At an early date I will ’.‘’ osent you with a descriptive circular, and ir'U show you the most perfect and complete specimens of harvesting machinery ever offered in this community. It is admitted on all hands, by farmers, agents and builders, that the Clipper Mower is the only perfect and complete mower invented. Jt has no equal for good work, strength and durability, and we challenge the World to produce its equal for lightness of draft! We mean business! We Challenge Comparison!! WE DEFY COMPETITION!!! We use steel, malleable and wrought iron in its construction thereby making a lighter and stronger machine than any competitor. A solid cast steel guard, with a sawed slot; a cast steel finger bar; malleable iron shoes; and wrought iron frame, are a few of the many excellencies peculiar to the Clipper. To Farmers designing to purchase a machine the coming season I wish to say, enter into no engagement and make no purchase until you see the Clipper. Its very appearance will commend itself to you, and a trial of its merits will convince any one that no other machine in the market is worth as much money or is as desirable to purchase. Will toon have sample machine for your examination. Respectfully, Gentlemen,
F. W. BEDFORD.
