Eggs laid down on the flrat of March could not be told from fresh eggs at tbe end of seven month*, and at the end of fourteen months they were all fresh and good. Eggs kept nine weeks, and afterwards placed under tbe ben, batched as readily a* frcsb-laid eggs. To prevent freezing, this process is unequalled. Eggs and other articles easily frosen, were prepared and placed out of doors, on a night when a bucket of water ft-oxe nearly solid within doors, and in the morning not a thing was froxen.
