Be It ortlnineil by tho President und tru.itets of the town of lieimPelaer, that a corlttln *trlp of ground, fifty feet in width, adjoining block twenty-four nnd the school -property, in the town of Rensselaer,, extending from the southeast corherof Block 17, In the Newton Addition to tlio town of ltc fusclacr, to Angelica street, and runnlrig parallel with Front street, is hereby declared to ho tv public street nnd’shall lie known and designated as Bluff street. Hc-e. 2. Be it further ordained that Angelica street is hereby declared to be n public street fifty feet in width, extending in a straight line to the iroquoLs river. Bee. 3. He it further ordained, that it Is the duty of the Marshal to open, improve and work the foregoing named streets thesameasotherstrerts of tho town are opened, worked and improved. Bee. 4.
