Mrs. Catherine Brunei’* Improve, mcnt tor Preserving Egns, and other Articles. Patented November 30, 1863. A 8 our Lady inventors arc not numerons--X-A- W e take pleasure in calling special attention to the invention described below, which is the result of several years experience. As the whole manner of preserving will be communicated only to those who purchase the receipt, with the right to use it, we can only describe results. Eggs preserved in this manner, were laid down oo the first of Septemlier, examined at the end of six months by three skilful pers ins and prononneed to be as fresh ns when first laid. Eggs laid down on the first of March could not be told from fresh eggs at the end of seven months, and at the end of fourteen months they were all fresh and good. Eggs kept nine weeks, and afterwards placed under the hen, hatched as readily as fresh laid eggs. To prevent freezing, thia process is unequalled. Eggs and other articles easily frozen, were prepared and placed out of doors, on a night when a bucket of water froze nearly solid within doors, and in the morning not a thing was frozen. Preserves, drugs in druggist stores, and all other valuable artie'es easily destroyed by frost, can be kept at small expense through the coldest weather. The receipt, with full instructions, ai to methods and uses, is for sale for most of the B‘ates, a portion of the territory having been disposed of. Parties can have full information by addressing Mrs. Catherine Brnner, Miami, Missouri, Whitsei Lewis, Malta Bend, Missouri, or Beat, Goodnow <t Co., Boston, Massachusetts. BUSINESS CARDS.
