Citizens of Marion township attached to school districts iu Newton or Jordan may join the delegations from those townships. 2. To Milroy, Union, Keener, Wheatficld, Kankakee or Walker townships. 3. To one of the school districts of Marion township outsido of Rensselaer. The delegations competing for No. 1, should number more than 100; for numbers 2 or 3, more than 25, counting as follows:—Each person, horse or flag, one; single team, two; two-horse team, three; lourhorse team, six; eight-horse team, fourteen; music, two; martial band, live; brass band, ten. t The flags will be presented to the largest and best ordered delegation of the proper township or district Townships competing for tho flag will please report officers to tho Field Marshal on or before the 13th instant; Processions should reach Rensselaer before 10 o’clock A. M. Next week the order of exercises will be published with the names of captains of the various delegations reported to tho Field Marshal.
