DEATHS.

Died, at Logansport, Ind., August 24th, Charles Howard, infant son of Howard L, and Rebecca C. K. Janies, aged 5 months uuu 7 days. Died, of pulmonaiy consumption, on Monday, August 29th, \Vm s Gibson, aged 43 years. Mr. Gibson came to Jasper oounty with his father’s family in ■ 1841. He was for many years a | member of the M. F.. Ciuifch and | died triumphantly iu a full belief of I an immortal existence beyond tile ! grave. A large circlo of relatives l and friends mourn the death of a good man.
