We are selling ull the Jacobs land at $1.25 per acre, and other lands at cheap rates and on good terms. ' Teachers, and others interested, are notified that the Board of Trustees of the Rensselaer Graded School will receive written projyositions, until August 15th, for teaching each of the four departments during the coming fall and winter. The term Will probably be five nxonths in duration.
