Best Place for a Horse.
“ Gossipper” in the Rural World, says : “ Wimer or summer, except in stormy time, there is no place so comfortable for colts or tired work horses as a good pas ture lot. To tie up a tired horse at night in a narrow cell, with a plank floor to stand on, is a species of cruelty that civilization ought to be ashamed of.
