NOTICE is hereby given, that by virtue of an o-der of the Jasper couuty Common Plena Court the undersigned, Administrator of rise estate of Moses Marion, deceased, will offer for salt at public auction at the Court House door in Rensselaer, Jasper county, Indiana, al two o’clock r. m.. on Saturday the 28th day of May 1870, an equal undivided two-thirds of the following described real estate: The south-west quarter of the north-east quarter of section thirty-six, (36) and the undivided two-thirds of elevon and two-thirds acres off* the east side of the south-east quarter of the south east quarter of section twentyfour, (24i a u iu township thirty, (30) north of range seven, (7) west. If not sold at public sale said real estate can bo purchased at private sale (but for not less than- ils full appraised value), upon the same terms as to payments.
