New Postal Decision.

The United Slates Mail for November Sublishes a new decision of the Post Office lepartment, as follows: “Another decision of importance has also been made (reversing a decision announced some years since) in regard to newspapers partly printed in ope coiintv and published, in another. Formerly such papers worexiecided to be not entitled to the privilege of free circulation allowed to newspapers 1 printed and, published within the county;’ but the Department has now ruled as follows: A newspaper having< known office of publicatibn, notwithstanding one side of the same is printed in another county or State—is entitled to the same privileges as though both sides were printed at the said office of publication.’ ” Are Bees Injurious to Fruit’—ln answer to this question, Dr. A Packard, editor of the Amanda* Naturalist, obi serves: “I would reply that all the evidences given by botanists and zoologists who haye specially studied the subject shows that bees improve the quality and fond to increase (he quantity of fruit.
