Application for License to •ell Liquor. THE ciUsens of Marion township in the county of Jasper and the State of Indiana, and the public generally, will take notice that the undersigned, Robert T. Brenton, who is a white male inhabitant of the town of Rensselaer, Marion township, in the county of Jasper and State of Indiana, and over the age of twenty-one years, and who is a man of good character and fit to be trusted with a license, will present a petition and application to the Boardof County Commissioners, in and for the county of Jasper, in the State of Indiana, at their next regular term or session, to beheld at the Court. House in the town of Rensselaer, in said county and State, beginning on the first Monday in December, A. D., 1869, praying for a license to sell, vend and retail intoxioating liquors, In and by a lam quantity than a quart at a time, and to suffer the same to be drank in and about his premises hereinafter described, pursuant to the statute in such cases made and provided. The precise location of the premises in which the said Robert T.
