Baid Bridge will be built on the plan furnished by John Lefler. I will also receive sealed proposals for making the Grades for said Bridge, which grades will be sold out by the cubic yard to the lowest responsible bidder. The Commissioners reserve to themselves the right to reject any or all bids, both on the Bridge and also on the Grades.
