BY virtue of an execiuUn to mo directed, from the Clerk of, tho Jasper Common Pleas Court, I will expose at public sale, to the highest bidder. on Wednesday, May 20lb, 1869, between the hours of ten o’clock a. m. and four o’clock, p. m. of said day, at the door of tho Court House in Rensselaer, Jasper County, Indiana, at public auction, first oiler for sale, for a Term not exceeding seven years, the rents and profits or the following described real estate siuate in said County of Jasper, to-wit: The cast half of the north-east quarter of section fourteen 14 town twentynine, 29, north of range five, 6, west. And on failure to realize the full amount duo on said execution and decree, I will, at the same time and place, and in the same manner, offer tho feo simple of said real estate, or so much thereof as may be necessary to satisfy said decree* execution, interest and costs.
