The term of the Circuit Court now in session in Rensselaer, is one of unusual interest both for its civil and criminal dockets, and a large number of thg neighboring farmers as well as strangers from abroad, are in attendance. Judge Test presides with the dignity for which he is so eminent, ami transacts business tviili a prompt ness which wins the admiration of the bar. His decisions are marked with clearness and a vigor indicating a mind in its ■prime. Among the persons- attending from abroad we notice J .M. Justice, ol Monticello, Prosecuting Attorney*. who has adopted General Grant s order to Sheridan and' pushes things. Also, L. A. Cole, of Lnporte, Judge Alfred Reed, of .Monticello, Attorneys; Mr. Charles Delaney, of •Buffalo, N. Y., and others.
