Board met at 3 o’clock P. M. Present, Norman Warner, President, John Thompson and John Catt, Trustees,’ and Joshua ’Healey, Clerk. The following bills were presented and ordered paid. One in favor of John Thompson for services as Trustee, to February Ist, 1869, for $4.50. One in favor of John Catt, for services to February lit, 1860, fWI.CO.
