London, Nov. 16.'—A despatch froln India announces the death ,of Choo-Pha-Mong-Kout, King of Siam. Paris, Nov. 16.— Baron James Rothschild, the head of the house of Rothschilds, died here yesterday. Madrid, Nov. 16.—There was an immense demonstration here on Saturday in favor of a monarchical form of government. Not less than 50,000 people were present. Addresses were made by Serrano, Prim, Topete and others. The Republican party is gaining largely in numbers in the cities ot Seville and Cadiz. St. Petersburg, Nov. 16.— -The Czar has issued a ukase, in virtue ol which nine-tenths of the drinking saloons now existing in thef Russian Empire are.to he suppressed.
