The terms of the new State officers commence at the following dates : Captain T. W. McCoy, Clerk of the Supremo Court, November 3d, 1868. Hon. Delana E. Williamson, Attorney General, November 3d, 1868. lion. Max. \F. A. Hoffinan, SeQretary of State, January 15,1869. Colonel James B. Black, lieporter of the Supreme Court, January 17th, 1860. Major J. D. Etans, Auditor of State, January 25th, 1869. General Nathan Kimball, Treasurer of State, February 10th, 1869. Barnabas C. Hobbs, Superintendent Public Instruction, March, 1869.
