Be it resolved .by the teachers in attendance at the 3d .Jasper County Teachers’ Institute, held from October sth to October 10th inclusive, that Whereas, We belieVe that the common schools aretlSo best sohools in the country. And Whereas, During tHe school y oar iust closed, tho cause of education has -been characterized by a steady Whereas, We, the teachers; think the school law of Indiana, when properly administered, the best school law in the world. .
