D. 1880, between the boors of 10 o'clock a. m and 4 o’clock p. m., of said day, at the door of the court bouse in the town ot Rensselaer, Jasper county, Indiana, the rente and profits for n term not exceeding 1 seven years, the followim: real estate, to-wit: Lots six (6) and eleven (11), in block fifteen (16), in the eriginal plat of the town of Remington, Jasper county, and state of lodiaaa. If such rents aud profits will not sell for a cnfficient sum to ratisfv said decree, interest and costs, 1 will, at tbc same time a.td place, expose to public sale the lee simple of said real estate, or so much thereof as may bo sufficient to discharge said decree, interest and costs. Thompson, William Imes, William Hilligoas A Co., Daniel W. Peck, Charles Jouvenai, Mary C. Jouvenat, Sanford A Morgan, Emily E. Morgan, William W. Ffster, Orrin London, Osman W. Church and Ch rles W. Hartley are defendants, requiring me to mike the sum of three hundred and ten dollars and sixty five cents, with interest on said decree and costs.
