Cincinnati, August 27.—Secretary Sherman arrived last night. Col. C. W. Moulton, brother-in-law of Secret tary Sherman, has sued the Enquirer for $50,000 libel. The objectionobte article was an interview by Oath with J- MeCullogh, editor of the St Louis GHobe-Democrat.
