A Mexican’s Jealous Rage.

Ban Antonio (Texas) Express. * A gentleman just from Laredo reports a most cruel and cold blooded murder of a wife by her Mexican husband at Las Mac has ranche. a short distance above Laredo, a few days ago. It seems that the woman was with child, and illegitimately so, in which condition she was found by her- husband after an absence of ten months. (Shortly after his return, while eating dinner, the woman took a couple of buckets and went to an adjacent water hole for water. Her husband followed and overtook her. After heaping abuse upon the woman, he seized a club and began beating ner, when she ran into the water seeking to evade him. But the brute followed her, and, dealing the unfortunate woman continuous blows over the head, finally felled her insensible, when she drowned. The fiendish creature thereupon tort the clothing from his wife’s body, whipped out p butcher knife, and, ripping the woman open, tore from her the child.
