For the National Encampment.

The national encampment of the G. A R. will be held at St Paul, Minn the first week in September and ilie old soldiers of Rensselaer and Jasper county, and their friends will have an txtra favorable opportunity to attend. A special car, to be previoutly set off here, will leave Rensselaer at 3:30 p. u. on Monday, Aug. 31st and will go right through to St Paul, without change, arriving there at 10 a m the next morning. The fare for round trip will be only $9.45 and the return tickets will be good for 30c. days, and stop over privileges allowed on the way home. Free beds will be furnished the occupants of this car, but they are advised to bring blankets with them. They will also receive special low rati s for meals.
