For the National Encampment.
The national encampment of the G. A. R. wilt be held at St Paul, Minn, the first week in September and the old soldiers of Rensselaer and Jasper county, and their friends will have an extra favorable opportunity to attend. A special car, to be previoutly set off here, will leave Rensselaer at 3:30 r. m. on Monday, Aug. 31st and will go right throu'gh to St Paul, without change, arriving there at 10 a m the next morning. The fare for round trip will be only $9, and the return tickets will be good for 30 days, and stop over privileges allowed on the way home. Free beds will be furnished the occupants of this car, but they are advised to bring blankets with them. They will also receive special low rates for meals.
