Another Fatal Accident.

Last Friday afternoon, m Keener Tp., near De Motte, an 8 year old son of Wm. Garrison met with an accident which resulted in his death. It appears that no one saw the accident, but it seems that the boy was riding a horse, and fell or was thrown off, and the hone stepped on his head* About three inches square of the skull was crushed in, and several ounces of the brain matter were lost. The boy was unconscious when found and so remained until his death, which occured Sunday afternoon, 48 boon after the accident. Dn. English of Rensselaer, Wells of De Motte and Wilson of Hebron, were all called and examined the boy’s injuries and all pronounced it impossible to save his life. Wm. Garrison, the boy’s fattier, formerly lived in the south part of the county, at, or near Remington.
