Brown, of Fowler, Indiana, and a brother member of this bar. We recognized Mr. Brown as our friend and neighbor, and in his death the 80th Judicial Circuit has lost one of its most influential members. As a lawyer he was aggressive, and ,>enetrating; as a man true and faithful to his friends and fellow lawyers; and in disposition suave and polite. He was in manner attractive, an I in bearing magnetic. He had many friends and few enemi ;8. His life qualities were happy ones . We extend to his bereaved family our sincerest sympathy, and respectfully ask that the foregoing be spread upon the Order book of the Jasper Circuit Court. The resolutions were sent to Fowler by telephone, in time to be read at a meeting of the Fowler bar, Monday evening.
