RIVER AND HARBOR BILL.

How the Appropriations of This Great Measure Are Distributed, The river and harbor bill passed by the Senate the other day is the largest river and harbor bill in the history of the nation, It appropriates $75,000,000, of which more than $12,000,000 is for immediate use aud nearly $63,006,000 for continuing contracts.
