Fisher Gets $4,500 Verdict.

Railway Co., was tried last Friday and Saturday, at Bentland, where it had been taken from this county, on change of venue. The suit was brought for the bene* fit of the estate of the late Benjamin Fisher, the Monon section hand whose accidental death on the 19th day of
