School Commencements. The Townships of Barkley, Gillam, Marion, Newton, Jordan, Union and Hanging Grove, will hold their annual commencements and school day exercises in the Grove near Valma, Barkley township Wednesday June 10. The Townships of Keener, Wheatfiield, Kankakee and Walker, will hold similar exercises at Wheatfield on Wednesday June 17. A program will be published in due time, giving the order and nature of exercises. Every body is invited to attend. As., of said 25th day of June, 1896, and that day the erection of said .(building will be let to the lowest and best bidder.
