Notice of Ditch Sale In Cause No. 77. Notice Is hereby given that at the January term 1896 of the Jasper Circuit Court the undersigned was appointed a commissioner to construct the ditch ordered made In said cause No. er and that the J order establishing salddltch Is recorded tn Order Book 16 pages 557 to 567 inclusive of the records of Jasper county, Indiana, and that such ditch runs through the townships of Walker and Barkley In said county. That as such commissioner I have divided said ditch Into stations of one hundred feet in length numbering the same down stream tn all 828 stations and as reported by the commissioners appointed to make the assessments and survey. That as such commissioner I will on the 25th of February. 1896, at one o’clock In the afternoon at my residence In the town of Kniman, Jasper county, Indiana, offer for sale and contract to the lowest and best bidder, by stations, of one hundred feet, the construction of said ditch according to the plans and specifications made In said cause and all persons whose blds are accepted by the undersigned will be required to enter Into a Contract and bond as required under the provisions of section 5626 R. S-. 1894. The said work will be let commencing at the mouth or outlet and proceeding thence up stream, adding stations in case of failure to sell until outlet is sold to one bidder to be completed according to contract and bond and thence to source in same order Dated this the 3rd day of February 1896. - John o’Connob.
