The County Commissioners,
On petititon of citizens the people of De Motte are ordered to vote on the question of incorporating as ft town on Saturday, Jan. 25, 1895. The auditor’s quarterly report of fees collected and which we paid into the treasury showed the collections to be sl7 757 ; ! . ■ ; Geo. F. Bloom and Chas. E. Harlacher, for Carpenter, and Joel F. Spriggs for Walker, were appointed justices of the peace. C. Bjerraa, trustee of Keener Tp.» was authorised to go in debt SSOO for a school building. L. A. Bostwick was appointed a county drainage comnrissioner. The sheriffs report for quarter ending Nov. 30, 1895, show-’d fees collected to the amount of $247.30, and turned into the county treasury. The recorder’s report for the same period, shows fees collected $598. This is $329 more than the recorder’s salarv for the same period.
