A NEW PRESS.

The Republican this week installed a new and a very superior newspaper press into its printing room and being a large, heavy and necessarily compl mated machine, weexpeet to be considerably delayed in getting the present issue printed and mailed. Our readers will kindly excuse the delay; and especially as we are confident that when this new press gets in full working order, that any irregularity in issuing the paper will be even rarer than it has in the past. The printing will also be somewhat defective this week, owirg to the unavoidable difficulties iu adjusting a new press, but we trust this trouble also will be for this week, only.
