Estimated Sum Needed to Run the Government for Another Tear. Washington, Dec. 3. —Secretary Carlisle Monday sent to congress the estimates submitted by -the several cabinet officers, of the money required to be appropriated by the present congress for conducting the government for the'fiscal year ending J une 30, 1807.
