What a Grab Bag Contained.

On the second evening of the fair a respectable citizen, Imbued with the spirit of doing -good in the church, paid the fee and grabbed. A crowd collected about him, all anxious to see what he had drawn, and his surprise may be easily imagined when he found he had a note with the following inscription: “Good for one grave, dug any time during the ensuing year. John Spader.” The village grave digger had put in his gift with tiie rest, anddhe respectable citizen had chanced upon an unusual bargain.
