Wolcott Enterprise. —Every day it becomes more and more evident that Wolcott’s ten-dol-lar-a-day license for peddlers and traveling doctors, is a good thing. Other towns have been visited and the citizen# swindled out of their hard earned money, by these oily tongued scalawags, and in a few instances death has resulted from the treatment of the so called physician.
