THE CIRCUIT COURT.

Judge Wiley arrived Monday afternoon, by the overland route, by team, and opened the October term of the circuit court. Much business has been transacted, but mostly of a routine character, or in quieting of title cases, and of little public interest. Two divorce cases were heard Tuesday, and the decrees granted, as mentioned elsewhere. The arguments in the Strickfaden saloon license case, appealed from the Commissioners’ Court, began just before noon, yesterday.
