Photographing: Flying Insects. The French artists appear to have gotten the art of photography down to a much finer basis than those of America and England. They were first to photograph flying bullets, race horses in motion and other rapidly moving objects. The latest triumph reported from Paris is a photograph of a flying dragon fly by M. Marey, iu which the exposure was but the 1-25,000 part of a second.
