Notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of the Town of Rensselaer, Indiana, that pursuant to an order of the common council of said town of the 22nd day of July 1895, an election will be held at the usual voting places thereof between 6 a. m. and 6 p. m. on the 3rd day of September, 1895, for the purpose of determining whether said town shall construct water works in accordance with the provisions of an act of the general assembly of the state of Indiana, entitled “An act to authorize cities and incorporated tows to construct, maintain and operate water works, issue and sell bonds to pay for said construction repealing all laws in conflict therewith” and declaring an emergency, approved March 25th, 1879.
