The Annual Meeting of the Stockholders of the Louisville, New Albany A Chicago Railway Company will be held on Wednesday, September 18th, 1895, at 12'o’clock noon, at the offices of the Company in Indianapolis, Indjana, for the purpose of electing Directors in place of those whose terms shall then expire, and the transaction of such other business as may be properly brought before the meeting. Poll open from 12 o’clock noon to 1 o’clock p. m. The transfer books will be closed from Thursday, August 29th, 1895, at 3 o’clock p. m., until Friday, September 20th, at 10 o’clock a. m.
