We have often heard of folks taking a drink on the 4th of July that would multiply and enlarge the vision, make men see two objects where there was but one, or figuratively speaking, make a mountain out of a mole bill. But we must confess that we never heard of the drink that the Kniman correspondent indulged in the 4th, that would so work on his vision that he could look into the future, or that would make men and women look like babies; then to stretch his imagination so that he could hear those same babies “Hurrahing” for the Glorious Fourth. Brother isn’t there something wrong with you? Don’t be jealous because your little burg can’t compete with one of the most enterprising towns in Indiana.
