Strickfaden, a male inhabitant of the State ot Indiana and over the age of twenty one years and has been and is of good moral character, not in the habit of becoming intoxicated and a fit person in every respect to be intrusted with the sale of intoxicating liquors and has been a continuous resident of said township for over ninety days last past an&that this applicant is the actual owner and proprietor of said business and will be such if license be will apply to the Board of Commissioners of said Jasper County, Indiana, at their September term, 1895, said term commenciqgon Monday, September 2nd, 1895, for a license to sell and barter spirituous, vinous, malt and all other intoxicating liquors in than a quart at a time, with the privilege of allowing and permitting the same to be drank on the following premises to-wit: The precise location of the premises on which the undersigned desires to sell and barter with the privilege, of allowing the same to be drank thereon, is in a one story brick building, one hundred and ten (110) feet long by thirty-six (35) feet wide, on Van Rensselaer street and situated on lot number four (4), block number [4] x>f the original plat of Rensselaer, Indiana, and more precisely described AS follows: / -
