Austin is plaintiff and Albert Achttien and Styutze Achttien are defendants requiring me to make the sum of Sixteen Hundred Twenty Nine dollars and Forty Seven cents (81629.47) and interest and costs accrued and to accrue, I will expose at public sale to the highest and best bidder on Friday, August 23, 1895. between the hours of 10 o’clock A. M, and 4 o,clock P. M. of said day at the door of the court house of Jasper County, Indiana, first the rents and profits for a term not exceeding seven years of the following real estate hereinafter described, and if Said rents and profits will not sell for a sufficient sum to satisfy said decree. Notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of the Town of Rensselaer, Indiana, that pursuant to an order of the common council of said town of the 22nd day of July 1895, an election will be held at the usual voting places thereof between 6 a. m. and 6 p. m. on the 3rd day of September, 1895, for the purpose of determining whether said town shall construct water works in accordance with the provisions of an act of the general assembly of the state of Indiana, entitled “An act to authorize cities and incorporated tows to construct, maintain and operate waterworks, issue and sell bonds to pay for said construction repealing all laws in conflict therewith” and declaring an emergency, approved March 25th, 1879.
