Notice Is hereby given that at the regular September meeting 1893, the Board of Commissioners of the County of Jasper, State of Indiana, the town of Rensselaer of said State will present a petition, by its duly authorize d Attorney pursuant to a resolution adopted on the Bth dav of July 1895. by Its Trustees authorizing the presentation of the same, for the annexation thereto and the incorporation within the limits of said town, the following territory situate within the county of Jasper, and State of Indiana, viz ; Commencing at the North west corner of Block number two (2) in Weston’s Second addition to the town of Rensselaer in the present corporation line, thence South from said point of beginning, along the present corporation line, to the corporation line running East and Weston Merritt Street; thence W est along said corporation line to the corporation line running North and South in Dayton street; thence North along said corporation line to the North East corner of ;Block number Three (3) in said Weston’s Second addition; thence East to the place of beginning. Also a tract of land described as follows to-Wit: Commencing at a point in the present corporation line of said town of Rensselaer, at the North West corner of Block number Three (3) in Weston’s Second addition to said town, thence West to the Range line between Ranges Six (6) and Seven (7) on the West side of Bection Nineteen(l9)Township Twenty Nine (29) North, Range Six (6) West; thence South aiODg said Range line to tho present corporation line of said town at the North West coiner of Newton’s or Clark’s addition to said town; thence East along said corporation line to the corporation line running North and South along Jefiferson street; thence North along said corporation line to the corporation line running East and West along Merritt street; thence East along said corporation line to the corporation line running North and South on Forrest street; thence North along said corporation line to the place of beginning.
