Notice of Letting Contract For Dayton Street Tile Drain. Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals will be received by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Rensselaer, Indiana, at the town Hall on or before 8 P. M., on the 22nd. day of July, 1895, for the construction of Dayton - Street tile drain on the East side of Dayton street of said town from the corporation line South to Make-em-self ditch. All of said work to be done in accordance with the specifications on file in my office. The contractor will be required to enter into a contract to do said work, and to furnish all material, and to provide a bond for the faithful performance of said work; and to complete said work within Sixty days from the approval of the contract and bond.
