A great scandal has been created In Paris by the discovery that the wealthy Prince De Sagan has obtained a part of the Bois De Boulogne as a site for a private cycling club and has secretly cut down some 300 trees to make room for Ills sport. So many affairs that open with a band are closed sheriff. We sometimes think that the surest way to obtain peace Is to fight
