The bicyclers’ place of meeting that day, will be in Laßues’ pasture, just west of the river bridge. All who expect to take part m the parade, will please be there by 9 ;30 o’clock, on the morning of the Fourth; where they will be duly marshaled in order by T. J. Sayler*
